You must be logged in to the Jeenie Interpreting App in Zoom to receive Zoom-based calls. We recommend logging in when you go available in the Jeenie app.
Launch the Zoom App (we recommend doing this from the Zoom Desktop App)
Click Solutions > Zoom Apps
Click Visit the Zoom App Marketplace
*If you still don't see apps, go to https://zoom.us/profile/setting, click on Zoom Apps, and turn them on.
Click Accept
Search for Jeenie
Locate Jeenie Interpreting and click Add
Click Open
Accept Permissions
We recommend clicking on Always Allow to speed up your answer time
Sign in using the same email and password you use for the Jeenie App
