How to see and join a scheduled call
Regardless if clients schedule calls to take place in the Jeenie App or on external platforms (such as Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc), you can join the call right from the Jeenie App!

What if the Join Button Isn't Working?
View Upcoming Scheduled Calls
To view all your scheduled calls, click on Menu then Scheduled.
Note: On the home screen of the web app, you’ll find a preview of your upcoming calls, listed in order of the soonest scheduled start times. On the Mobile app, you will not see a preview.

Join a Scheduled Call - Web App
On the home page of app.jeenie.com, you’ll find a preview of your upcoming calls, listed in order of the soonest scheduled start times. When you are within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, you will see a 'Connect Now' button.
Click on this to be taken to a second screen to join the call or go to the Scheduled page to view all upcoming scheduled calls and join from there.
Home Page:
Open the menu and click on Scheduled
Click Join Call to be taken to a second screen to join the call
Click Join call
Important: Even if the client has joined the call and is waiting for you, it may say 'You are the only one here'. You still need to join the call at the scheduled start time, even if the client has not joined.
If you don't click Join call, you will not be taken to the call and will be flagged as a Failure to Appear!
You are now connected to the call. Don't forget to send your Call Duration Report once the call is completed.
Join a Scheduled Call - Mobile App
Open the menu and click on Scheduled
Click Join Call to be taken to a second screen to join the call
Click Join:
Important: Even if the client has joined the call and is waiting for you, it may say 'You are the only here'. You still need to join the call at the scheduled start time, even if the client has not joined.
If you don't click Join call, you will not be taken to the call and will be flagged as a Failure to Appear!
You are now connected to the call. Don't forget to send your Call Duration Report once the call is completed.
What if the Join Button Isn't Working?
Mobile:
If the join button isn't working on the mobile app, you will have to switch to the Web App. Please note: the Web App will not work on your mobile device's browser. You must log in to app.jeenie.com on a computer.
Web App:
If the Connect Now button isn't working from your home screen, open the Scheduled page and attempt to join from there.
If you are still unable to use the join button, click on the 3 horizontal dots next to the Join Call button
Click on 📎 Copy Join info
Click Copy to copy the URL
Paste the URL into your web browser to be taken to the call. You may need to click a Join Call button on the new page.
If this doesn't work, you will need to email linguists@jeenie.com with the subject line URGENT: Unable to Access Scheduled Call so the Jeenie Scheduling Team can assist you.
