Maintaining Your Performance on the Platform

All Jeenie interpreters must meet our standard of excellence to keep access to the platform. If performance doesn’t meet expectations, access may be restricted or removed.

All Jeenie interpreters must meet Jeenie’s standard of excellence to maintain access to work on the platform. If your performance on the platform does not meet Jeenie’s standards, we reserve the right to restrict access to or remove you from the platform.

This list outlines the key factors that influence your performance on the platform. While it covers the most important elements, it is not exhaustive. Additional factors may also impact your overall standing.

  • Keep compliance training up to date
    • HIPAA, FWA, and other trainings Jeenie deems required
  • Take at least 1 on-demand call every 90 days
    • Applies to interpreters of languages available on demand
  • Maintain an average customer rating of **4 stars or higher (**90-day average)
  • Pass quality check at least once every 6 months
  • Maintain professional behavior while interacting with clients and the Jeenie team
  • Comply with everything in the Expectations and Guidelines section of our FAQs
  • Maintain client privacy and avoid HIPAA violations
    • This includes recording personal information (in writing or using software), using note-taking software, or other tools not approved by Jeenie
  • No using automated tools
    • This includes using auto-clickers to answer calls, AI transcription/translation tools, or other tools not approved by Jeenie
  • No camping/staying on the line after the client ends the session, or reporting incorrect durations.
  • No sharing your account or login information with others
  • No interpreting in a language that Jeenie has not cleared you for
