Reporting a Problem

While using the mobile app:

  1. Shake the phone sharply side-to-side. A dialog pops up.
  2. Tap Report a problem.
  3. Follow the prompts. The system also captures a screenshot of your device at that time (for diagnostic purposes).

You can use this method anytime while in the app. This is the preferred method for reporting a problem. You can also use the Suggest an improvement option to send us your ideas!
