While using the mobile app:
- Shake the phone sharply side-to-side. A dialog pops up.
- Tap Report a problem.
- Follow the prompts. The system also captures a screenshot of your device at that time (for diagnostic purposes).
You can use this method anytime while in the app. This is the preferred method for reporting a problem. You can also use the Suggest an improvement option to send us your ideas!
