Scheduled Calls

A client has the option to pre-schedule a call. The pre-scheduled call will have a specific start time, duration, and link to another platform (if applicable).

If you are offered a pre-scheduled call, you are expected to adhere to the Jeenie Scheduled Calls Requirements for Linguists on every call.

If a client needs help on how to schedule a call, let them know they can pre-schedule at app.jeenie.com or contact Client Experience at support@jeenie.com.
