Make sure your video settings are correct and reactions/filters are turned off

The Jeenie App uses your device's camera settings, not Jeenie app-specific settings. That means if you have turned on filters, reactions, or other camera settings, those will broadcast when you're on a Jeenie call. 

While a cat face filter might be fun when you're calling friends, it's not appropriate in a professional interpreting session.

1. Select Reactions in the Video menu
2. If the icon next to any item is green, that means it's enabled.
   1. In the screenshot, you can see 2 items are turned on, Portrait and Reactions.
3. Click on the word to turn it off

iPhone:

1. Open your Control Center by swiping down from the top right corner of your screen. 
2. Select Effects in the upper left corner.
3. Tap and unselect Reactions from this menu.

Window Devices

1. Open Settings by pressing the Windows key + I.
2. Navigate to Accessibility > Visual Effects
3. Toggle off “Animation effects“
