Download Call History

Linguist can download their call history at any time by logging into app.jeenie.com from a web browser.

To find your call history, open your sidebar navigation.

Click on "History"

Users can filter based on a date range.

Once the appropriate filters have been selected, click the download icon then click ‘confirm’ on the pop-up.

Note: If no filters are selected, the entire account call history will be exported.

This data can be then sorted or filtered using a spreadsheet tool like Excel or Google Sheets.
